WHAT IS A GRADED TV ?.

graded tvs are new but will have scratch or mark on them
but nothing that will ruin the look of the tv .
Q DO THE TVS COME WITH A WARRANTY ?.

yes all the tvs we sell come with a 6 month warranty.
Q HOW DOES THE WARRANTY WORK ?.
A
if you get a fault with your tv
we will pick up you faulty tv with in 48hours and do what is called a exchange as long as we have the same tv in stock.
if we do not have the tv in stock for the exchange with in 7 days we will change it for another model of the same spec or better but never lower spec.
